Privacy Notice
Last updated — 19 August 2026
Bitget Builder Hub is a private community portal for content creators participating in the Bitget Branding Builder program. It is operated by the Bitget Builder Hub community team, which is not an incorporated company.
This website is not the Bitget exchange. Builder Hub does not provide trading services, accept deposits or withdrawals, or hold funds or crypto assets.
We will never ask you for your Bitget exchange password, recovery phrase, seed phrase, private keys, two-factor authentication codes, payment card details, or bank details. If a page claiming to be Builder Hub asks you for any of these, do not provide them. Close the page and report it through Support.
01Who This Notice Covers
Builder Hub is available only to existing members of the Bitget Branding Builder program. There is no public registration or self-service sign-up.
Your record is created and maintained through the program. Builder Hub uses that information to determine whether you are eligible to access the website and which features are available to you.
02Information We Hold About You
We process information from two primary sources: information provided through the program's records, and information generated through your use of Builder Hub.
Information Provided Through the Program
The program's records are maintained in the program's Lark (Feishu) workspace and may include:
- Bitget UID — your Bitget account identifier. This is not your exchange password.
- Lark ID and your chosen Builder Hub username.
- Team information and whether your Builder Hub access is active.
- Gender, date of birth, and country of residence or location where provided to the program.
- Public social media handles you have provided to the program, including X (Twitter), TradingView, CoinMarketCap, Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Your Builder Hub authentication information, used to sign in to the website.
Information Generated Through Your Use of Builder Hub
When you use the website, our systems may store:
- Your display name, avatar, team, role, and badges.
- Posts, comments, reactions, and bookmarks you create.
- Campaign links or submissions you provide and the associated reward status.
- Notifications and information about accounts you follow.
- Your progress through courses and learning content.
- Support tickets you submit and the replies associated with those tickets.
- A last-active timestamp used to display your online status.
We collect and retain only information that is reasonably necessary to operate the Builder Hub community and its features.
03How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Verify that you are an eligible member of the Bitget Branding Builder program.
- Provide access to Builder Hub and its features.
- Show you campaigns and activities assigned to you.
- Track campaign submissions and associated rewards.
- Attribute posts, comments, reactions, and other community activity to your account.
- Operate leaderboards, badges, courses, and other community features.
- Provide and manage your profile.
- Respond to support requests and resolve issues.
- Maintain the security and proper operation of the website.
- Prevent misuse, unauthorized access, or other activity that could affect the community.
Your country may also be used in aggregate statistics. For example, public community counters may show the total number of countries represented by the community. These statistics are designed to show overall community information and do not identify individual members by location.
04Who Can See Your Information
What other members can see depends on the feature you are using and the nature of the activity.
Content that you publish within the community, such as posts, comments, or reactions, may be visible to other signed-in Builder Hub members. Your display name and avatar may also be shown alongside your community activity.
Program leaders and authorized managers may have access to campaign submissions and associated reward information where this is necessary to review, approve, or manage campaign participation and rewards.
Certain information may also be accessible to authorized members of the Builder Hub community team where necessary to operate, maintain, secure, or support the website.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share your information with third parties for advertising or behavioural profiling.
If third-party service providers are used to operate or support parts of Builder Hub, they may process limited information where necessary to provide those services.
05Cookies and Tracking
Builder Hub uses cookies only where necessary for the website to function.
The primary cookie used by the website is the session cookie, which allows you to remain signed in while using Builder Hub.
Builder Hub does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels for advertising purposes, and we do not use the website to follow your activity across unrelated websites.
If additional analytics, monitoring, advertising, or other tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this notice will be updated where appropriate.
06How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate Builder Hub, maintain the community, manage program participation, provide support, and meet legitimate operational requirements.
Community content you create generally remains available until:
- You delete it;
- A moderator or authorized administrator removes it; or
- It is otherwise removed as part of normal website administration.
Notifications are kept for 90 days and are then removed automatically. You can also clear them yourself at any time through the Notifications page.
Your program membership information may continue to be maintained by the program for as long as you participate in the Branding Builder program.
If your Builder Hub access is disabled, you will no longer be able to sign in. Disabling access does not necessarily mean that all historical records are immediately deleted, particularly where information is required for program administration, reward records, security, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational purposes.
07Your Choices and Requests
Depending on the feature, you can manage certain information directly through Builder Hub. You may be able to:
- Edit your profile information.
- Delete your own posts and comments.
- Clear your notifications.
- Review your community activity.
- Contact the team regarding information associated with your account.
If you would like to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion of your account or content, please open a Support ticket from inside Builder Hub. Using Support helps us verify that the request is coming from the account holder and allows us to respond securely.
Some information may need to be retained where it is required for program administration, reward records, security, dispute resolution, or other legitimate operational purposes.
08Account and Website Security
Builder Hub uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
The website is served over HTTPS, and access to Builder Hub is limited to eligible program members. Administrative and management areas are further restricted to authorized users.
No online service can guarantee complete security. If you believe that your account has been accessed without your permission, or if you discover a security vulnerability or suspicious activity involving Builder Hub, please report it through Support as soon as possible.
Please also remember that Builder Hub will never ask for your exchange password, seed phrase, private keys, recovery phrase, two-factor authentication codes, payment card details, or bank details.
09Changes to This Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice when our website, features, or information practices change.
Where appropriate, significant changes will also be communicated through Builder Hub. We encourage members to review this page periodically so they remain informed about how their information is handled.
10Contact Us
If you have questions about how Builder Hub handles your information, or if you would like to submit a privacy-related request, please open a Support ticket from inside Builder Hub.
Questions about the Bitget Branding Builder program itself — eligibility, membership status, campaign arrangements, or reward amounts — should also be raised through Support, and the team will pass them to the right person.
